Film Screening & Discussion To commemorate the 21st anniversary of the Bhopal tragedy caused by Union Carbide/Dow Chemical in India, Alaska Community Action on Toxics (ACAT) and Alaskans for Peace and Justice co-hosted the film, Litigating Disaster, on Friday, December 2 about the long-term health consequences of the chemical disaster on the people of Bhopal at the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA), with discussion led by Varsha following the film. About 40 people showed up for the film on a snowy Friday evening.
